Carpet Care


                  
  • Vacuum clean the carpets . Do not flap, shake, beat or wash the carpets.

  • Use vacuuming and brushing equipment for cleaning.

  • Do not use harming chemicals like detergent, bleach, vinegar, and others that will damage the carpet.

  • Change occasionally the locations of heavy furniture on the carpet and remove traces with a brush.

  • Shedding is natural due to the structure of the raw material. This can be reduced by regular vacuum cleaning.

  • Never bend or fold carpets. Roll and keep them in dry place.

  • Keeping carpets in damp area may cause bad smells and damage your carpet.

  • Do not pull the threads coming out of the carpet .Trim them with a scissors to equalize with the actual surface level.

  • Synthetic fiber carpets are dust-proof, do not lose threads and are hypo-allergic.

  • All carpets produced by STEP have been certified by Textiles & Flooring Institute’s TÜV/TFI Certification being in compliance with their enviromental and production standards.
